The mother of 4, living in lives in a Chicago suburb, heard her daughter screaming in her room and then saw burns all over her neck when she came running downstairs. Jackie said, “She came running downstairs after it [happened] grabbing her neck. She was in so much pain she was screaming hysterically.”
